Ethnic Dimension was commissioned by Ofcom to undertake research amongst staff from a number of diversity groups. The key purpose of this research was to help Ofcom gain a deeper understanding of staff experiences of working for the organisation.
This research generated significant interest amongst staff and senior management. Working through feedback from the diversity staff groups enabled Ethnic Dimension to develop specific guidance on organisational and recruitment issues, staff communication and training.
