Online Communities

For pre- and post-research tasks, generating ‘in the moment’ responses from participants, and sharing views and experiences with each other. A cost effective way to generate responses to a series of stimuli and topics.

Research that requires a multitude of responses and processes over a short period of time.

Discussion Sessions

Focus groups, individual depth interviews with diverse consumers, staff, stakeholders and management, to really get beneath the skin of behaviours, motivations and needs of the audiences we talk to.

Online and face-to-face small scale quantitative studies, using interviewers from diverse backgrounds, among diverse communities and harder to reach audiences.
