Ethnic Dimension Our Work
Our Work
Our philosophy is to collaborate with the best recruiters, market researchers, communications and community experts. We have been working with some of our associates from diverse backgrounds for over 15 years. They bring different cultural perspectives, expertise, interests, and language skills, giving clients the best teams to help them really understand their diverse audiences.
The areas we work in, include:
- Behaviour change
- Usage and attitudes
- Advertising and communications development and evaluation
- Customer journeys
- Online communities
- Employee research
- Stakeholder research
- Diversity, inclusion and equality sense checking and support
We Ask
The right questions, of the right people in ways that help them engage and open up to tell us their stories.
Delving deeper is the key to making sure we get to the nuggets of insight that make the difference.
We Listen
To where racially diverse audiences are really coming from, emotionally, culturally and intellectually.
The art is to drive the conversation, while giving people the space to really say what they think, feel and need.
We Understand
What makes people tick; getting insights into their behaviours and motivations, and what drives these.
We work hard to access their lived experiences to bring these audiences to life.
We Translate
What this means to clients to help them really understand how best to reach and engage diverse audiences and the opportunities this brings.
Helping them make their organisations, products, services and communications truly inclusive.
We have worked with Jag and Ethnic Dimension on a number of projects – both general audience briefs, as well as projects specifically wanting to consult with certain ethnically diverse communities such as Toxeth in Liverpool. Jag is an excellent communicator and, of course, importantly delivers insightful and clear-thinking research. All the work Ethnic Dimension has delivered has been picked up by internal stakeholders and has been very influential, in terms of their strategic planning. I would also add that it is a pleasure to work with Jag.
